The Sunset Villas is situated in Laaiplek, a quick and comfortable 130km from Cape Town. As you arrive, you’ll be greeted by a tranquil atmosphere and the feeling of absolute bliss and you’ll instantly understand why the West Coast is described as such a precious jewel.

Many are not familiar with the small fishing town called Velddrif, but within a 100 kilometre radius you’ll be able to visit better known towns like Lamberts Bay, Saldanha, Langebaan, Paternoster and Tietiesbaai. The world famous “Bokkomlaan” is also situated in Velddrif, on the banks of the Bergriver.

A visit to Bokkomlaan is an absolute must! Come and see how the bokkoms are prepared for the market and taste the salty snacks that are synonymous with the town. Enjoy a chat with a local fisherman and relax for a moment while the seagulls and pelicans frolic around you.
